Friday, January 9th: Clubhouse entrance near the kitchen/ mailroom will be closed from 8 AM to 12 PM for tile cleaning and maintenance. Please note the entrance to the living room will remain open during this time.
The office will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 9th between the hours of 12 PM to 3 PM for carpet cleaning, and will reopen from 3 PM to 5 PM
Monday, January 12th: Living room will be closed for deep cleaning of furniture & kitchen. Please note there will not be coffee service during this time.
Wednesday, January 14th: Exterior window cleaning of clubhouse, pool deck and furniture
Thursday, January 15th: Sport Courts, trash enclosures & walkways around clubhouse
Friday, January 16th: Guardhouse, & interior clubhouse windows
The clubhouse will remain open during these timeframes. We ask that you be aware and cautious of equipment in use.
We anticipate that the annual maintenance will be completed by the end of next week.
